Dr. Howard D Ro, MD

Dr Ro is excellent when it comes to patient care. He listens, is compassionate, easy to talk to, very thorough, transparent, and truly cares. He also follows up when monitoring a patient and returns calls in a timely fashion based on severity, but within the same day. He will fit you in on the same day if there are medical concerns that he wants to follow up on. Dr Ro will call to have a discussion on results of tests sometimes long after the office has closed. Under his watchful care, I am always aware of what is going on with me medically. I am extremely fortunate to have him as my primary for the past 18 years.

When Dr Keenan retired I became a patient of Dr Ro. Couldn’t be any happier with him. I don’t dread going to the doctors, thanks to Dr Ro. He is patient and extremely easy for me to talk to. I have the upmost faith and confidence in Dr Ro. He is a dedicated professional and I feel fortunate to have him as my PCP.

Dr. Ro is one of the best PCPs that I have had in my lifetime. Attentive, thorough, caring, kind. These are just come of the adjectives that describe him and his practice. When I see Dr. Ro, he is completely aware of the goings on in my medical needs and deficiencies. He truly is a doctor's doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ro for about 15 years, and have never been dissatisfied with him. There have been 2 situations where I called with what might have been serious symptoms, and he saw me immediately for one, and had me come in at 5:00 the same day for the other, even though they closed at 5. He listens and discusses with me.

Dr Ro is a Dr for the future. he and his staff have there laptops at the ready. He and his staff log everything into there computer and go over everything everytime I see them. Dr Ro can order blood test to be done in the same office the same day and scrips to the drug store right in front of me at a moments notice. He is right on point every time. He may be linked to his laptop but he is very concerned with me and every aspect of my life. I have been going to him for only 2 years or so but he makes me feel like I am his only pt. when I am with him. He and his staff has called me and keept me informed about my progress and he has called me himself with test results and his instructions as a results. Anytime I have called his office I have always gotten a call back. When I leave his office I have a summary of what was done that day with a list of all (even just given) Meds and all upcomming appts with what they are for. I keep this summery with me to give to other Drs to keep them… updated with my meds. I do recommend Dr Ro to any pt who wants a strait shooter Dr with no noncences. He calls it as he see it.
