Dr. Huifang Xiao, MD

Very greedy and unprofessional! I made an appointment to see Dr Xiao for a routine checkup, the visit should be covered by the insurance company 100%. They wanted me to pay $50 just to read my mammogram report. I ended up leaving the office without seeing the doctor. AVOID this doctors’ office. They only care about money, not the patients’ health. They better not charge my insurance company for the service they’ve never performed!!!

This practice is more in it for themselves as a business than the patient. This practice charged me $50 CASH each time and then also wanted to charge me $130 in CASH for the ultrasound. I didn't think anything of it until I changed doctors. The new practice charged me only $30 in co-pay and when I called the insurance company to find out what was going on, they told me that co-pay should only be $30 bc an OBGYN is considered primary care. This office charged me $130 for the ultrasound without even finding out what the benefits were from my insurance company. When I called the office to explain this to them, they maintained that they made those charges because they dont know what insurance would cover. This is all wrong because co-pay doesn't change. Stay away from this practice- theyre looking out for themselves, not you.

2.5 hours avg wait time

doctor is nice, but the front desk is a little unprofessional. they would have several patients filling out forms at the same time, and when they have questions in the form they would ask aloud in front of the other patients, no sense of privacy.

Can't say much about this doctor... because I was kept waiting for over an hour and still didn't get in to see her. And good luck getting any help from the front staff. When I asked the lady how much longer it would take, she didn't even have the decency to look up from her computer at me. Not to mention she couldn't even figure out which patient I was (probably because she can't be bothered to make rudimentary eye contact). If you want to be seen as an actual human being instead of a $ sign, stay far, far, far away.
