This clinic is horrible!! From their office staff regarding organization and communication of patient files, to the medical care you receive after waiting 5 hours to be seen... This is by far the worse place to ever go. I would rather sit at home over a long weekend about to die than go to this doctor and his staff in hopes that they will save my life. I don't know how this practice manages to stay open. I'm sure if licensing truly looked into this practice they would shut it down..I would never go back to this clinic again, if this was my last resort. Trust me, its that bad you will thank me later please follow this review.

Dr. Ekelem is very competent and clearly explained my condition and time for me to feel better. His staff did s good job of getting me checked in and clearly explained my co-payment. Their extended hours and convenient location makes it a easy choice for after hours care; when my doctor's office is closed.

This man is disgusting. He asked me on 5 different occasion to give me a PAP SMEAR. ALL I was there for was allergies/stomach pain. He is a nasty man and should be barred from practicing medicine.

I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. Seek care elsewhere. There are reputable medical practices in Fresno.

This was the MOST APPALLING, BIZARRE experience I have ever had in a medical environment. The doctor did not evaluate and diagnose the patient before he attempted to begin his "treatment". When the doctor was asked what his plan was and asked to not suture the skin of an elderly man on Coumadin( which causes the skin to tear and will not benefit from sutures) he became highly disrespectful, arrogant and belligerent. He then carried on an absurdly unprofessional rant in front of the"staff" who are ( by their deer in the headlights reaction)terrified of him. He reappeared to scream about the request made for a written bill of the charges, and continued to verbally berate the patient's daughter, all the while yelling and casting degrading comments about the audacity of a patient advocate questioning his choice of treatment,. while pounding his chest and decreeing his high education and his obvious superiority. I am still reeling from this horror. Even the EMT who arrived stated that this… facility is called frequently for ambulance service due to the low quality of treatment and the unstable behavior of the doctor. This facility should be closed immediately. And believe me, this is not the end of this story. I will contact the BBB and state medical board, among others, to follow through so that others do not have to experience this American Horror Story!

Dr. Ekelem, is rude, inconsiderate and a blatant liar. I was trained here and regretted it . What the staff charges is way to high for the services rendered and thats all because Dr. Ekelem has a policy where if you do not know your copay you are charged $50.00., there are never enough supplies, long waits. The staff is nice but there is nothing they can do when the head doctor decides to go grocery shopping.
