Caring physician who takes his time to listen to you.

I can't stand doctors and their staff that have no regard for their patients time. Made me wait three weeks for an appointment because they want to be thorough. They told me I need to show up 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork because I am a new patient. After I filled out the paperwork they made me sit around another 45 minutes. I finally left. You idiots could have picked up the phone and called to tell me you are running late instead of making me come in early and sit.

Dr. Valdes is a very caring physician who is passionate about his patient's care. I had to make a visit to the emergency room in the middle of the night and after diagnosis by the ER doctor, he was there to make sure I was admitted to the hospital. He could have waited until the morning, but no, he was there for me.

Great service. Cares. Clear, practical, comprehensible advice. Never in a hurry. Takes all the time in the world with me.

I came through a year of very bad health problems and Dr. Ignacio Valdes was by my side the whole time guiding me to the appropriate specialists and supporting my emotions. I still need a good deal of medical care and can relax in the knowledge that this fine doctor will continue to provide excellent, professional service. I believe Dr. Valdez sincerely cares about the well being of his patients.
