Wait time is much better now, But used to wait along time for an appointment. I love New Horizons, Dr Ike is one of the very few psychiatrist that would allow the patient to participate, and be actively engaged in treatment decisions.

Very good doctor. Gets people in who have emergency need on time, even when they don't have an appointment. Sometimes wait can be long, but for a good Doctor I will take it. Dr Ike is a great doctor.

Dr Ike has been an awesome Doctor to me for over 8 years. He cares about you as a person, and asks about your welfare and your family and your general health. He has gotten me into a better place in my life, through my many ups and downs. The staff check my blood pressure and drug screens every visit. Dr Ike gives me good advise about my physical and emotional health. The intake process may sometimes be long , but the wait time has dramatically improved since he hired new Nurse Practitioners. Some patients get mad because Dr Ike has recently instructed the Nurse practitioners to reduce Xanax and other controlled medications, but this is not his fault - it is because of the new Opiod epidemic, and regulations. Dr Ike will pause the Benzo reduction if your stress level goes up. I can always make appointment in the evenings to see Dr Ike in person since he only does Telepsychaitry in the morning hours. I love Dr Ike. He is a Wonderful Doctor and a caring human being. THE BEST.

Over the past few years Dr, Ike has evolved. He always asks how things are going and has a fairly good memory which is awesome since he takes patients back to back. I think some people have a problem because they don't understand everyone reacts differently to different drugs and if you don't speak up then that is your fault. I have been seeing Dr.Ike for years and a lot of different people and I can tell you it must be really hard to get pink slipped!

Dr. Ike is a very nice person, and his staff has always been great. However, there are 2+ hour wait times, the office is a mess and he insists on seeing patients multiple times a month. I think this is so that he can bill them as much as possible. He also violates privacy laws by talking about other patients in front of others, and he bills for hour long sessions when he only wrote me a script and sent me off. I don't know how he is still in practice.

Worst doctor ever. Ruined my life...gave me pills pills and more pills. If you want to get controlled substances by the bundle..go to this doctor. Worst person ever.

There is something fishy going on in this office my insurance will no longer pay for his prescriptions. I didn't get any explanation from anyone in the office. Left me hanging to find a different doctor.

The quality of my life has improved dramatically since I started seeing Dr Ike. He reduced my meds from other Doctors and started me on new meds that has made me more alert and active. His office staff are very friendly and I did not wait more than 10 minutes before I was seen. Dr Ike is a very patient man and is never in a hurry to listen to me and give me good advice.
