Dr. Ileana J. Tandron

This doctor's nurses are horrible and lie. They are all about money and charging your insurance. They will call you and tell you about bad test results, schedule an appointment, and be really horrible to you. Her nurse lies when you ask her questions. Do not use this doctor! You will regret it.

The office has changed dramatically, Unable to reach anyone by phone to schedule an appointment or to follow up on prescription requests.

She gets down with the good and the bad. Strict but only wants what's best for you.. She does not mess around.

I would have to agree with the other posts.... Dr Tandron is not a very good, caring, considerate doctor. If you are looking for someone who seems as if they care or helpful, do not choose Dr. Tandron.

I have only seen Dr Tandron twice because it takes 6 months to even get a appointment. At first reading all of her diplomas from great medical collages I was actually happy to see her. im 23 and I suffer from fertility issues, high cholesterol, ADD and fibromyalsia so I've seen tons of doctors and have had countless test. I made the appointment because a endocrinologist covers everything but my ADD & some parts of my fibromyalsia. im a research type person so I educated myself on all my health problems. At the 1st appointment I thought she was really nice and sorta helpful but the second visit I felt very rushed and not important she came in look at my chart made some notes, but I still had questions that I wanted answers to and trying to ask them I felt as if she didn't really care and was to busy to answer my questions. I think that's the worst thing for a Dr. in my type of situation to do. she spent maybe 5 min and had her nurse come do the rest! very upset for the way I was treated… I get she is busy but I pay $60 per visit and wait 6 months to even get in and left without even anything explained to me! I recently had to have a abdominal ultra sound because I was having swelling above my liver I've called 3 times and left 3 messages and yet no answer for my results! I just wish doctors would have knowledge on your symptoms instead of knowing what medicine to prescribe you that they think we help you!

First she took me on as a patient based on bloodwork I faxed. Then in the office visit she said I didn't have thyroid based on that same bloodwork. But then she ordered thyroid tests and when I questioned this, reminding her I couldn't afford to pay for a test for something she didn't think I had (I have crappy insurance and pay for most out of pocket), I was told she thought I DID have thyroid. When they came back negative she wouldn't even talk to me on the phone when I asked for my results. She sent me a 3 paragraph letter dismissing me. She had no consideration for me or my situation. While I'm glad not to have hypothyroidism, I still feel like crap with no diagnosis and I've lost yet more confidence in doctors and their competence and caring. Dr. Tandron was either wrong and not thorough, or never really reviewed those initial lab results that were sent to her to evaluate taking me on as a patient. Either is unacceptable.

I waited close to an hour then felt rushed during my visit. Doctor dismissed patient input. Doctors practive partner was just as unsympathetic. She dismissed serious side effects of medication as the price you pay for being on those medications.
