Dr. Ilene Fennoy, MD

Dr. Fennoy is by far the most knowledgeable, caring and thorough doctor I’ve come across. She takes her time to answer all questions and concerns. She is definitely an expert in her field. As a mother there is no better feeling than to know that your child is in great hands. I feel blessed and privileged to have had Dr. Fennoy be my son’s endocrinologist for 10 years.

By the very first appointment with Dr. Fennoy, I knew there was something about this Doctor that was refreshing and very rare. Dr. Fennoy was very involved in my daughter's care. I felt like she was genuinely caring. She spend time with us during our appointments, unlike some Doctor's like to rush patients out, so they can see the next one. Dr. Fennoy wasn't like that at all. She spend quality tiem with my daughter and myself. She made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with Jasmine. From the blood test results to the procedure she was preparing to get. Dr. Fennoy's bedside manner is admirable to say the least. I have never seen Doctor who follows-up on a patient like she does. One time she even called my cell phone at night to share with me an important medical concern about my daughter. To me that is impeccable patient care. She treats every child as if they were her own.

Dr. Fennoy has become our absolute favorite doctor among many highly rated specialists. She has taken the time to understand the complex conditions my child has and has worked supportively with us since we met her many years ago. She has the best understanding of my child of any physician we have spent time with over the years. She explains things as thoroughly as we wish- which tends to be extremely detailed because I prefer to gain a solid understanding. She is extremely patient and *very* upbeat, never failing to smile, joke a bit and add a cheerful note to our exchanges even at the end of a very long day. Medically and personally she is our most treasured doctor. She has earned our trust and respect - we are truly grateful to have her in our lives. Sometimes there can be a lengthy wait for appts, but she is well worth it...and we find that doctors we wait for are often the ones who are willing to spend as much time as is needed with each patient, which is true in Dr. Fennoy's… case. I seek the very best care for my child and have traveled a great deal to ensure this; Dr. Fennoy is tops among all those we have been to.

I have a 11 years old daughter that LOVES Dr. Fennoy and even dressed up as her for Purim.

Dr. Fennoy is WONDERFUL with children! She is bubbly, happy, and everyone likes her. My daughter was of short stature and Dr. Fennoy helped her so that now my daughter, at age 17 1/2, is 5' tall. We are thankful to have had her as our doctor. We cried when we had the last appointment! We miss her!
