I have been a patient since my early adolescence, and I am now 21. I avoid going to see her at all costs. Many times have I needed to remind her to use gloves during examinations. There is always a long wait to get to the exam room and once inside, possibly just as long of a wait. I cannot wait to switch doctors, however I am fearful of getting my records sent to my doctor because they are always looking for ways to get money.

Dr. Hershman is the most caring, thorough pediatrician I have ever encountered. She has a great rapport with my teen daughter and has gained her confidence as well. I have no problem with the office staff at all and have NEVER been treated rudely at the office. They have always been professional and courtious. I recommend her to anyone looking for personal attention from your child's doctor!

Dr. Hershman is fine its her husband who is the offcie manager that's the problem. nasty, rude and obnoxious and has no business being in a Ped's office. Beware if you ask for copies of records, he whacks you $175.oo for them. When reviewing this with other physicians, they think its totally unnecessary and excessive.

Office staff is insulting & rude. I was told to "GET OUT OF OFFICE" for simply questioning the record keeping methods. Bookkeeping is out-dated & borderline negligent. Nothing is computerized. I would warn anyone who wants proper care of their children to avoid this office. Rooms are unsanitary and repulsive (dirty immunization needles left in bins).
