Pleasant.Very informative. She really cares about her patients.

Even a small urine test I didn't take during one visit due to not being able to pee since I had already gone, she wasn't able to get the facts right. She was reading someone else's tests results and she was surprised no protein was found. I had to tell her several times it wasn't my test result since I didn't take a urine test that day. She lied about a medication not having any negative side effect then my potassium was high after it and,that's dangerous for anyone with kidney disease. After other high blood pressure medications had another side effect that was affecting my daily function in life, she simply gave up and told me to find another doctor while she could have tried other medications. She is a quitter. She is also very arrogant even when she is wrong. She is impatient and didn't want to answer all of my questions. She didn't even want to explain important information about my kidney disease saying she didn't want to scare me by revealing to me what dialysis is since I… didn't know what it was at that time. I had to search it myself so she was withholding information from me about the kidney disease stages. If I didn't catch the high potassium after going to my primary physician for a yearly checkup then my kidney disease would be worse due to Dr. Cherub giving me a high blood pressure medication she said would have no negative side effect. She is a complete idiot. Don't waste your time and money on her.

Dr. Chervu is a very attentive bright compassionate and caring doctor. Her assistant Kirsten is excellent too and makes herself very available.

Two appointments and both times we arrived early only to wait fifteen minutes past scheduled appointment time to be called to the back exam room. We then had to wait another thirty minutes to be seen by the doctor. They have no respect for their patient's time at this office.

In terms of every criterion that one would look for in a good doctor--knowledgeability, professionalism, intelligence, personal concern, bedside manner, etc., Dr. Chervu surpasses every physician with whom I have ever been associated. She defines the gold standard.

I feel I owe my life to Dr. Chervu, after seeing several doctors I was referred to her for my kidney problems. She took time to explain what was happening with me, explained treatment. Dr. Chervu is easy to talk to and ensure you (patient) understand your treatment. Whenever I hear of someone with kidney disease I always recommend Dr. Chervu. I believe her faith in me and my faith in God is what sustained me. Today my kidneys are still functioning after being told I only had about 90 days to live before coming to her.

Dr. Chervu is a rarity among physicians, she actually spends as much time as needed with her patients and listens to them. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Chervu helped me through many years of end stage renal disease up to and after my kidney transplant. She is one of the most loving caring doctors I have ever met. She goes above and beyond, always listens and genuinely cares - I doubt there are many doctors as good a she is and I thank her for her years of support. I will also add that her staff are all great which really helps !

Dr. Chervu saved my life, she is a great doctor and she truly does care.
