A friend of mine recommended Dr. Inessa Khaykis. She is an outstanding doctor. She took time to listen to my concerns. She explained the medical conditions well to me. I had a colonoscopy this morning. All went well and I couldn't be more thankful for having Dr. Khayakis as my gastroenterologist now.

My experience with EVERYONE at Kips Bay could not hv been better Everyone was friendly, efficient, on time Dr. Khaykis is a gem!! What a find!

She is unprofessional and dismissive; short tempered, , and gets easily annoyed and overwhelmed. Under guise of zealous care and patient advocacy, she will make you believe that she cares and will help you, and then she drops you - without as much as having a decency to explain why. The words “compassion” and “empathy”are not part of her vocabulary. But the worst and most concerning part is that she is dishonest - she falsifies the medical records by listing physical exam in the clinical notes which she has not performed - however she then bills for it. I have reported her to my insurance for that

Dr. Khaykis took excellent care of both me and my wife. In my case, she was able to diagnose and treat a very uncommon condition. She's very knowledgeable, caring and takes her time to explain everything. Can't say enough good things about her!

Staff is great but very long wait time. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to leave. When she finally came in to the room, she was unapologetic and very abrupt. I left without being examined or even discussing my reason for being there. Very long wait times and extremely poor bedside manners.
