Dr. Ion Botnaru, MD

Dr Botnaru is the best! I personally think he saved my life as I had no symptoms but had real issues that required immediate attention. Thank God for doctors like him!

I met dr B in advent hospital he gave me a stress test . I liked him so much that I sent my daughter to see him and he literally saved her life . He is a great doctor with a wonderful sense of humor , bedside manner and very caring with his patients . Thank you Dr B for taking care of us

I had to threaten a legal action to get my test results, after months of calling and asking for my test results. It's against the law not to give the test results to a patient. Dr Botnaru cares less, and the assistant is extremely rude, get yourself another doctor that cares.

I have appointments with Dr.Botnaru . and he is the best Doctor what I have . he is listening to the patient. he give me very good medication. and I’m much better. and he recommended me same test. for my heart. he is very good. God put him to help sick people . God bless him .??

Dr. Ion Botnaru is terrific. OK true, this is based on my first visit. He listened, he questioned, he reasoned, he empathized, he read the record carefully, valued my input, allowed all the time we needed, and he offered cogent, evidence based counsel. He ordered the appropriate tests, offered sound advice based on what he had learned, and set forth a clear plan of action. He inspired confidence without being overbearing, dismissive, or arrogant at any time. In short, it was everything and more than I might have hoped for in my first visit. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Botnaru impressed us so much. He was patient with my husband and me as we had tons of questions b4 angiogram. Jim had shortness of breath/dizziness so his family doc ordered stress test, came back abnormal. We were so lucky to find Dr. Botnaru. He notified family immediately after angio, explained stent placement in plain language. He even offered to walk us to the elevator!, but we thanked him and said he didn't need to do that, he has hearts to care for. Dr Botnarunis everything you want in a cardiologist. He takes his time with me during my appointment and explains procedures in great detail. He has a great bedside manner and is quite witty. During my first Cardioversion as they put the back pad on me I was told it would be very cold. Dr said "for some we warm it up, but your insurance doesn't pay for it" and then he smiled.
