I had an appointment to have a nerves test because numbness in arms and legs. When I got in the room the technician that was going to perform the test, was not wearing a mask. I asked him why and he said he did not believe in mask and this is just the media to want you wear it. He left the room and went to the Dr. P. office screaming he won't use a mask; this does not work. I heard everything. Doctor arrived and told me that technician doesn’t want to wear a mask because of his political views and sorry. She told me go and buy in a pharmacy something to wear for Carpel Tunnel and come back in 3 months Obviously, I am never going to come back because I cannot believe the office of a physician acting so reckless regarding COVID and a doctor not holding accountable his employee for his actions. She preferred me to leave than him to leave and this just shows that they will keep treating others just for the $.Plus the fact that this technician acts according believes and not in science is… scary

I found the doctor online and wanted to take an appointment after reading her background and reviews. I called her office and asked for an appointment. Also, wanted them to check if our insurance type is accepted. They confirmed that they accept our insurgence. We made an appointment but the office wanted me to give my insurance ID. I told him that I did not have it with me and I would bring it to the appointment. But, he said that I had to submit the next day to be able to get the appointment. This made me really mad! This is ridiculous! I tell them I have insurance and they do not trust from the beginning! I think they care money first before their patients! Feeling that they would give me more headache (instead of treating my headache) I called him back and cancelled my appointment! I never had such an appointment experience. Usually they ask my insurance type, if accepted give appointment and take my insurance card at the visit. I am very Disappointed with this one!!!

I really enjoyed speaking with Dr Pankiewicz. She is so empathetic, king and caring. She diagnosed my problem and so far I have been doing great with her recommended treatment plan. I would highly recommend her with any Neurological problems. Her staff is great also, very professional
