these medications can be very difficult to get off of even at lowest dose.

Well Dr. Hanna is just the greatest and I'm blessed to go to such a beautiful place to see such an excellent doctor. Those two secretaries, Patty and Kristen, not so much. I'm going to list the times they have disrespected me in order and you can decide if I'm oversensitive or if these two are sick, evil, and pathological. The first time, I was late so I apologized and said that due to my paranoid schizophrenia I felt paralyzing fear before leaving the house which caused me to sit in the bathroom for 30 minutes. So Patty, after I opened up to them, walks by and says to me "Yeah you better be scared little b**ch." I just ignored it and didn't say anything back. The second time, while I was sitting there waiting quietly, Patty pulled aside another patient, gossipped about me, and had that patient bully me. He was fat, had a wife, and two kids. He walked past me and called me small 3 times then his face turned red as he tried to hold in his sadistic laughter. After I ignored it and didn't… say anything back to him, on top of that, he got in my face with his fist clenched and said "What did you say to me??" I just ignored it and pretended like nothing was happening until he went away then Patty said to him "Thank you for putting him in his place." This fully grown man really just bullied me in front of his wife and kids and got rewarded like if it was some act of justice. The third time, I asked if they could send my prescription over to the CVS but since I already had a prescription on hand it wasn't possible so Patty yelled at me and said "You can obviously tell." like if I was some teenager punk hoodlum trying to score drugs. Even if I did manage to get an extra prescription my insurance wouldn't cover two prescriptions one after the other. I'm a 25 year old man I'm a legal adult. I have two years clean and I'm there to get better. I've been in the mental hospital, homeless, and in jail due to my drug abuse and she thinks I'm trying to get high?? If I wanted to get high I would go see my dealer!! The fourth time, a couple months later, my mom called to have my prescription sent over to the CVS and Kristen said that I was probably hiding the prescription from her. For real?! I forgot to give it to her!! The fifth time, Kristen left me a voicemail yelling at the top of her lungs really nice and aggressively just to inform me about what the doctor had said. The sixth time, I was keeping an eye on Patty in case she gossipped about me again and Kristen said to me "Don't look at Patty." I looked again and Kristen said to me "Stop looking at Patty like that!!" Of course when a big fat patient walked in, Patty pointed at me and said "Watch out for the kid over there he says stuff under his breath." So the fat guy sat there looking at me angrily, called me an a**hole, and said to someone "If he says anything to me I'll knock him out." That's hilarious considering the fact that I've been doing Muay Thai since I was 12 and I weigh 180lbs of hard dense lean muscle. I've wrecked people bigger than me and I've been punched in the face plenty of times without being knocked out, I'm impossible to knock out. Unfortunately my mouth doesn't work the way my body does. But obviously you can't tell that about someone just by looking at them. People think calm and quiet equals scared. He proceeded to walk towards me and stood next to me while staring at me. While he was standing there Kristen called me a hypocrite and said to me "You don't need to look at what I'm doing. This is your mom's credit card. Stop looking!!" Again, what am I, some teenager hoodlum punk that's going to steal from his own mother?? Like if my mom didn't check her statements anyway?? I can look at whatever I want!! This has been by far the worst experience with secretaries that I've ever had. I think they just take a lot of crap from people and find someone to take it out on. Fortunately, they found me. Someone who's nice and quiet. I hope they feel better. No really, I hope they just feel fantastic at the fact that they have to put someone down to feel better.

Dr. Hanna is a doctor who treats her patients like human beings. Need I say more??
