Dr. Rusu needs to take pride in doing her job, I am afraid my mom will go BLIND

My had surgery almost 2 months ago, went back to the emergency with an infection. Surgery was scheduled at the Brooklyn office, without verifying and confirming insurance, that was then cancelled. I went with my mom to the Jacobi Hosp, was told everything looks good. She then got a phone call to go to Jacobi Hosp again, then was scheduled for surgery again. Three doctors saw my mom, everything was prepared to go into surgery, the Dr. Rusu told my mom the lens was too big to be operated on. I made at least 40 phone calls , still can’t get a answer from Dr. Rusu as to when surgery will be done. I think Dr. Rusu is waiting for my mom to go BLIND
