Best Doctor

Dr. Kumar is great!!! He is very patient, thorough and personable. He took care of both our daughters (now 2 & 4) when they were born at Centennial Medical Center. We met him during a presentation that he gave during our prenatal classes at Centennial. With our first daughter we tried 4 other doctors at different practices closer to our home but we could not find anyone who had a good rapport with myself, my husband and our child. Even though we live on the total opposite side of town (Garland), he is the only pediatrician that we will use if we can help it! Even our two year old asks for Dr. Kumar when she gets a boo-boo. His receptionist (Rachel) is also great and friendly. His nurse is not quite as outgoing as he is but she's nice. We've never had issues getting an appointment and he's very good about calling back if we call in with questions. If you're interviewing pediatricians you should definitely schedule a visit to meet with him.

If we move he will be extremely hard to replace. He is an amazing Doctor and my kids actually look forward visiting him.
