Self-verified patient of Irfan Lalani - Posted on August 1st, 2012
He worked me in, he was timely, he listened to me, stated that my symptoms was classical for VBI and immediately sent me for a CTA to confirm his impression.I found him to be very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.

I visited Dr. Lalani with severe vertigo. He listened to me attentively, examined me and carefully explained my diagnosis to me. I had BPPV.He showed me exercises to do at home and this completely solved my vertigo! He is an excellent doctor and I was lucky to be referred to him by my PCP. Would recommend him highly to anyone with a neurology problem

Lack of listen or paying attention to what I tried to say. Or just didn’t care enough to listen. I’ll just deal with the pain on my own.
Some good~Some bad

The waiting room is cramped and crowded, and there's always a long waiting time. When you call his office you will never speak to a human. You can only leave messages. It usually takes leaving 2 messages to get a call back. Dr. Lalani seems very intelligent but his bedside manner is lacking. I've stayed so far because he seems to know what he's talking about. I think about the last neurologist I saw on the same campus. Luxurious comfortable furniture in a large setting with a television and lots of reading material. Usually there were only a few people sitting around because patients were called in quickly. And he had a Keurig machine. Very friendly staff including the doctor. But....he was young and misdiagnosed my headaches, so I stay with Dr. Lalani.
