I just want to take this time out to express my Gratitude to Dr. Irfan Lalani and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Lalani for several years now and every time I have visited his office his staff along with Dr. Lalani has been very professional. Dr. Lalani really cares about his patients and he is very knowlegable when it comes to Neurology, he really cares for the well being of his patients. He has a great assistant name Precious who is also very professional and kind. They are a great Team. One of his staff name Sharon she is very nice and kind and when I was in Severe Pain she made sure she got me in to see Dr. Lalani as soon as possible so that I could find out what was going on with my health and I really appreciated that because it let me know that she cares for others as well. I rate this office a 5 Star and I would recommend this office to my friends and family. God Bless Dr, Lalani and his entire Staff. From: N.S.

I had an appointment on 07.01.2020 at 1 pm. I have received a confirmed email. I am here and a doctor's door is closed. Not any sign, not any note that they are not working. I am trying to understand what is going on about 10min. Nothing. After 10 times trying calls I riched a doctor reception. And they say that they are doing diagnoses only by phone. I have not any notification or email about this. And reception says that I will get a text message with a link for phone diagnoses at 1 to 1:15 pm. I am waiting for 40 min. NO any message. I drove 15 min with terrible back pain to be in time and no result. They are not professional. They do not care about their patients. They make nervous and difficult. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Three patients had a 10:30 appointment he is always rushing don’t talk to patient more than 3 minutes don’t explain the bad side effects of medicine he prescribed
