Dr. Irvin Mark Bonder, MD

I was under Dr. Bonder's care for about 10 months in 2021. Dr. Bonder's operated on me twice to remove 2 kidney stones and was partially successful. He failed to show up on my second procedure because his assistant did not notify him that surgery was scheduled. Dr. Bonder's also is a partner in Surgical Center located in Parsippany. Every surgery he performs in Parsicapply Surgical Center, he get's a cut. He is extremely busy. Normally spend 3-5 minutes per patient before he moves on to next appointment. He does explain current situation well with the help of diagrams. I spent entire summer with the stent that Dr. Bonder's install in my right kidney and urinated blood entire summer waiting for Dr. Bonders procedures to be successful. I was scheduled for third procedure which I declined and went under care of a better urologist.

Needed to see Dr. Bonder. Call for an appointment per my primary Doctor. Red blood in urine and severe back pain. Could not get an appointment. Have seen him for many years, now to big for his britches. I really needed his reassurance. I am done.

Very displeased with this office. They wasted my time by trying to get as much money out of me as they could before I ultimately had to cancel my surgery due to scheduling issues. Dr. Bonder himself is a nice guy, and probably competent, but I wouldn't know because of the incompetence of his office staff. I had no qualms about having him perform a vasectomy after meeting with him twice, but the office is a logistical disaster. They literally canceled my procedure an hour beforehand because of information they did not have, despite my own direct repeated inquiries about the exact thing (insurance-related) that ended up causing them to cancel it and reschedule for an entire month later. Except they couldn't schedule me then, because the doctor would be on vacation. Any time after that would not have worked for me due to scheduling this around having a proper healing period, which will not work for me two months down the road. I had everything planned out perfectly, and they dicked… me over at the very last minute. I walked out and will never be going back.

Terrible rude man all about the money. Terrible surgeon looks like he did my stitches blindfolded. I wish I never went to see this man BIG MISTAKE

excellent doc, assurate diagnosis and treatmeny

Doctor strongly recommended surgery for our toddler which after going to a urologist with pediatric experience was discovered to be completely unecessary and uneeded.
