Very nice man who take sas much time as needed with patients

I moved here from the west coast and have had back issues for quite a long time. After arriving in south FL, I searched everywhere for a doctor who would help me, but all of the recommendations I received were for pill mill clinics. After a few agonizing years, I was finally referred to Dr. Keller. On my initial visit I was able to provide years of diagnostic testing results (i.e. MRI, CT scan, nerve conduction, previous lumbar laminectomy, etc) and Dr. Keller wasted no time. On my first visit with him, he immediately ordered required tests to be done. After all that I had been through in FL and with the VA, I was overwhelmed by the care, attention, knowledge, bedside manner, and genuine concern, I actually broke down and cried. Dr. Keller is the type of doctor that all medical professionals should strive to even match him 50%. I only wish that I had found him sooner and he still able to perform surgeries. Dr. Keller is a man among boys in regards to his caring, knowledge, bedside… manner, and willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure that his patients receive the best diagnosis and referrals to the services you might need.

I?m extremely upset by the treatment I received from Dr Keller. I?ve repeatedly told him about the severe pain I experience to my lower back and his response is always elusive meaning he doesn?t take me serious and tells me it?s all my head. What nerve of him to discredit what I?m saying to him. This is way out of line because the MRI is proof that I have a synovial cyst in the spine that causes pain. He offered no solutions for me but steroid injections which I'm allergic too. Awful Doctor :-( He left me devastasted.
