Very rude staff, never coming here again. Just not worth the hassle. Not to mention the Doctor running 30 minutes late.

DO NOT COME HERE! Even if you have to drive 10-20 miles further. Asking a question is the worst thing you can do.

Try making an appointment, asked a question to the receptionist she does not reply but stays silent once asked again she come backs with a rude remark. Was going to be a new patient but with service like hers I rather drive a bit further. Seems like I'm not the first person to speak about her.

Brilliamt doctor who places the needs of the patient above all. Spends time with all his patients. Very thorough.

Dr Pentzke is an excellent Doctor. Will prescribe the medication that you need. Some patients get upset if the Doctor do not prescribe what they want (narcotics), and will write a nasty comments

My Aunt and Uncles, reminds me how fortunate I am in having a doctor who truly cares for his patients. Thank you Dr. Pentzke!!! Thank you Mercedes!!! I am indeed fortunate!

Trying to make an appointment following an emergency room visit the receptionist said she had availability for today when I asked her what time today she said that she would not repeat herself. That I would have to call back when I was ready. Forest Hills an hour and a half drive from me. This lady is absolutely ridiculous and should be working for debt collections not a doctor's office

I have been a patient for 8 yrs. The only physician who got me back walking after multiple back surgeries. He listened when I told him to get me off narcotic pain killers,( which by the the way was not working). I had a host of other problems that was ignored by other physicians and surgeons. Dr. Pentzke's gets 100% credit for getting me back on my feet. His wife Mercedes, a nurse in his office is instrumental in making sure I have my medication and follow ups, whether it is a blood test or MRI and etc. I would not be alive if it was not for Dr. Pentzke.

FIrst of all nobody answers the phone so you can make an appointment. His wife is the very RUDE receptionist. I am a pharmacist, so I think I know at least as much (if not more) about my prescriptions and what works for me. He is ALWAYS right period and won't even listen to you or let you counter explain his rationale. He is absolutely unaware of most new medications for certain disease states. I could go on.....please save yourself some money and time and aggravation and DO NOT go to this "doctor"
