Most likely good reviews are fake. Please read reviews for this doctor on Zocdoc and also on yelp for Downtown Psychiatric Group. I made an appt with this IN-NETWORK doctor but when I came to the office, I was told I will be seen by a nurse practitioner. Then they lied and told me I had to pay "a co-pay that I have for mental health services". I said that I don't have a co-pay. They said that I don't understand my policy and they called my insurance prior to my visit. Then I called my insurance right in the office who verified that I don't have a co-pay. I gave the phone to the receptionist and she told the insurance representative that I misunderstood everything. When I hang up, the receptionist continued that I needed to pay a co-pay. On top of that, when you fill out the forms, there is a form that you will be responsible for anything that insurance doesn't pay them. So basically if they submit $400 and the insurance pays $200, you are now legally responsible for the remaining. The… receptionist also lied to me that I couldn't pay with an HSA card "because I reached my deductible". This is complete nonsense. When I was on the call with my insurance they also said that HSA card is to pay for medical services. Even if I reached my deductible or maximum deductible per year or whatever, if I have money on that card I can pay for anything medical. I told that to receptionist but then she quickly switched to the idea that they don't accept HSA cards at all. This office is a total SCAM. They play on the factor that many people don't understand their policies, make up information and overcharge you for what you are not supposed to pay. I filed a complaint against this unethical scammy business.

Terrible place! Staff was nasty. They don't care about mental health! They just want your money! Doesn't take credit cards! Cash !!! And they will take a persona check!

He was very late for my first appointment, does not know where to help me, IF he can he can help, me, HUH? The staff looked kind of lost in the office. He referred me to his partner to see if he can help me. Is that how you help a patient? He just listened to me and that was it? No input from his end, which he should have done.

I'm so thankful I found Dr. Enikeev and his staff. After a few years of anxiety and panic problems, as well as problems with the medications I was prescribed by previous physicians, Dr. Enikeev has been able to properly diagnose me as well as prescribe a successful dosage of the correct medications - completely different than what any other doctor has routinely prescribed me. What a positive change in my life! I feel able to manage my problems as well as feel physically normal for the first time in years. I've already recommended him to some friends who are going through similar problems. Also, his office staff is very friendly and remember me by name when I come in.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Enikeev! Very skilled, patient.I love the fact that he listens to me. I realize that is what most doctors should do, but honestly, most don't. He is kind and understanding and one of those people who just seems to be in a good mood all of the time. The staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable.

I know Dr. Enikeev for more than 8 years, he did help me tremendously. He actually brought me back to normal life. God bless his talent to help people like me and his kindness

I have been a patient of Dr. Enikeev for more than 2 years and he has been great at helping me find the right dosage and meds to help me deal with my challenges. He is great at diagnosing my needs and he is patient and considerate and I would recommend him to anyone.
