Dr. Ismet B. Ozkazanc, MD

I came to see Dr Oz a year ago as a new patient. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Oz. He takes his time with me as a patient, answers any questions I may have. He is one of the best physicans!!

I have gone to Dr. O for about 5 years. Because I am very healthy, my only experience with him is for annual wellness checks. Dr. O is very, VERY soft spoken, to the point that if one were hearing impaired, I am thinking there could be communication problems. Dr. O's physical exam is lacking with respect to addressing Pap Smears, he apparently does not do them, but @ my age (late 60's) I suppose it is not an issue(?). But also he has never, ever done a breast exam, although he does order annual mammograms. My cholesterol runs a bit high, & I appreciate that he does not insist on my taking drugs for it, as that is my preference. Overall, with regard to his queries of the typical annual physical, as well as the exam itself, I am not certain he hits every point that is considered "standard", so I would rate him as merely "adequate". Because of my excellent health, Dr. O has never been put to the test, by me, for treatment & care of ongoing health issues, therefore I cannot speak to how… he treats patients with complex medical needs. Therefore, I did not feel I could give him a rating of 3, instead of the 2 that I gave him.
