Forcefully retracted my 9 mo old son causing further complications. Also prescribed him an adult dosage of steroid but thankfully the pharmacist caught it! Filed a formal complaint with this doctor and the office still called me 1.5 yrs later saying I was missing appointments that I never made!

As a new patient, they have exceptional staff, from beginning to end. The CMA, Maria was kind, thorough and even did screenings that I would have never thought of doing. After meeting Dr. Baker, he is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my condition promptly. I absolutely love this office.

The receptionist staff is tolerable, there's one lady who is very rude and does not even bother to greet the patient as they walk in. Dr Baker had a very temperamental attitude, seemed annoyed and not interested in what was wrong with me. I didn't feel as a patient, more as a client that was being sold a service. He rushed me through the visit and made me feel uncomfortable with his short and abrupt answers. As a doctor I believe he should have been more tolerable with myself as a patient and should have had a better attitude towards my questions and concerns regarding my well-being.

Dr. Baker is an exceptional Family Practitioner. His knowledge of Medicine is exceptional.

I am never going back to this doctor. They ask you to come to office to even discuss your results & pay copay & will do all unnecessary BP , temp test again & bill your insurance !! Gave me wrong dosage on my prescription & had to struggle to get it corrected & lost money for wrong prescription as my online pharmacy filled it before I could even check it ! Over all bad service , not expected for a health care !

I brought my wife to Hackensack medical center with an illness and while there, the treatment to her didn't appear to be having any positive impact on her .I decided to call doctor baker not knowing he had an affiliation with the hospital,I reached out to him telling of my worries.the very next day he showed up and made accurate diagnoses with a decisive treatment plan which in turn saved my wives kidneys.thank you young doctor may god repay you and always guide you with his light .
