My husband and I have learned that our doctor of over thirty years, Dr. Jack Kravitz, is leaving the practice. He has been a knowledgeable, dedicated and professional caregiver for both of us through the years. My husband had some serious health issues and I can unequivocally state that because of his expertise and the team of specialists he assembled, he has been able to recover successfully. His leaving will be a tremendous loss to all the patients to whom he has dedicated his life.
