Jack is always pleasant and takes as much time as necessary to discuss and any issues or concerns that I have. for each appointment, he is prepared by having reviewed all lab work before my appointment. Jack never makes me feel rushed and even takes time to ask about my recent travels and activities. I plan to remain his patient for many many years.

I’ve been seeing Dr Middlebrooks for several years. He’s such a great doctor. He takes time with his patients to talk about what’s going on and answers any questions they might have. Yesterday I had appointment for my annual checkup. It confirmed for me just how grateful I am to be his patient.

Highly Recommend Dr. Middlebrook for Primary Care! My initial visit with Dr. Middlebrook was fantastic! I've been searching for a new primary care physician. From the moment I stepped into the office, Dr. Middlebrook was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly address my health concerns. I appreciated not feeling rushed during the appointment. If you're in need of a new PCP like I was, I highly recommend Dr. Middlebrook!
