I was running late due to heavy traffic and called to state I was running behind schedule. Not only did the worker on the phone accommodate a shift to my appointment, she also made sure that I wouldn’t miss my audiology appointment that I e pressed was important. The iPads are east to register your info into and the staff were friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The building is beautiful as well. Overall 10/10!

Dr. Russo is an expert in his field. He removed my thyroid. My healing was short my scar almost invisible. Dr. Russo values his patients' time. If your appointment is 9:30am, you will be seen before or exactly at 9:30am. Dr. Russo's Physician Assistant, D'Marley is brilliant. She emailed me all forms, made all calls to my doctors, hospital and insurance. The front desk staff are professional and polite and check-in is a breeze. You can pre-check in online or use the tablet they provide you for easy check-in. Overall, this has been the best doctor, patient & staff experience I've ever had. I wish every doctor's office could learn from Dr. Russo's Clinic, Patient & Medical Model! Thank you so much for such a positive experience. It truly means so much to a patient when they are sick and in need of medical care to have a doctor and his staff to genuinely care about every single aspect of the patients' experience.

I needed a tonsillectomy and had heard horror stories from other people about that procedure and its recovery in general. I’d also never had surgery before. Dr. Russo’s medical team was kind, patient, super informative, and personal, my anesthesiologist especially. My recovery was relatively painless and we received a friendly check-in call from the team a few days after the procedure. So grateful for their care!
