Dr. Jaclyn Walbroehl Railsback, DO

Dr. Railsback has been a ray of sunshine, she has renewed my faith that there are doctors who care. For years I felt like just another number in the rush to be pushed out the door with the rest of the herd. Having Dr.'s treat me from a set of protocol's instead of listening to their patient. Dr. Railsback is what a doctor should be, I am grateful to be her patient.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr. to any elderly patients.

I enjoyed seeing Dr Jaclyn Railsback, she is such a great listener and amazing physician. She asks probing questions and goes over all the prescriptions that you have on your chart. She is going to be my primary doctor! She is so sweet and nice and also has great attention to detail. She was referred to me by a receptionist at Cleveland Clinic and I am so thankful. Look no more, this doctor is amazing.

I had started visiting dr railsback about 2 years ago for some medical annual screening and to address some underline health issues she at first seemed very nice and I began to trust her until shortly thereafter I realized she just acted like she cared but really offered no help at all,this wasn't realized until about a year into me visiting her because I kept trying to give her a change to redeem herself and actually offer some help to me but she never did. Dr railsback really needs to get out of medicine if she doesn't enjoy helping patients because it's part of the job,I'm sorry to those of you who currently use and like dr railsback but your experience must have been much different than mine because I find her to be one of the worst physicians ever,she offered me zero help and then when I was on a regular medication with her she cancelled the medication out of nowhere and when asked why she cancelled it she said because she wanted to wow that was very upsetting to me because I so… wanted to trust her,it was a stomach medication that had been helping a little with my current medical situation so I was willing to keep using it as long as it helped me but I guess dr railsback isn't into helping patients because it made me very sick to discontinue that medication out of the blue with no taper down at all,so she started me on the medication and then just decided to cancel it out of nowhere and not tell me,not a good way to treat patients in my mind,hope you feel the same I would definitely not recommend her ever!
