Dr. Jacob Vincent Greuel, MD

I can't speak to the quality of the care because we never saw Dr. Greuel. My son had a check up scheduled at 8:20 am. We arrived at 8:10 am. Our intake was completed at 8:45 am. After a half hour, I asked the nurse if Dr. Greuel would be much longer and she said she hoped not. We were his next patient and should be with us shortly. At 9:30 am, more than an hour after our appointment, we finally gave up and left. A little courtesy and respect would have gone a long way, if the doctor had asked his nurse to let us know during check in he would be up to an hour late and asked if we'd like to wait or reschedule, I would have understood. However, it was inconsiderate of the doctor when I'm missing work and my son's missing school to just have us wait without any guidance. We won't be back.

Dr Greuel is an excellent physician and is very attentive and proactive in managing our health. He is a compassionate, friendly and concerned doctor who knows the power of prayer along with his excellent medical training. We think very highly of him personally and are very pleased with his skills as a physician and his character as a person. He takes time to listen to you and listens well, and explains thoroughly while caring for you. He has the skills of a senior physician, the cutting edge knowledge and enthusiasm of a younger doctor and he will laugh with you and even give you a big hug. We love him. If you are searching for a physical and he is taking new patients, stop looking and become his patient.

Dr. Gruel is a caring, attentive physician, who listens well and remembers his patients private life as well as their medical history. It's unusual to find physicians who like him who go into medicine to help people and not just to make money.
