El sistema que implementaron para conseguir una cita es terrible, no funciona tengo 2 semanas tratando de conseguir una cita con mi doctora primaria por que necesito una prescripción de pastilla para la alta presión y todos los días me dicen que llame a las 8 am. Nadie contesta dejo mensaje para que me llamen , no me llaman. Cuando logro comunicarme media hora después me dicen que ya no hay cupo, que llame al día siguiente otra vez a las 8am. Por Dios que mal servicio si no lo mata a uno el COVID . Lo matará la presión. Insoportable.

Let me start by wow. Please people avoid this clinic at all cost. i was looking for a new doctor got referred by a friend. My first visit they had me waiting for almost 4 hours. fasting for a physical exam. Went back a second time for a follow up . 2 hrs in I couldn’t take the wait ask for my results an left girl at front desk didn’t care, didn’t even ask me why i was leaving. I just think is absurd to wait so long to be seen. I should have trust the bad reviews i read before going.

Cada vez que llamo no contestan ,intente en diferentes horarios es un milagro que contesten el telefono,si la cita es a la 1pm quiere decir que te atenderÃ¡n entre las 2 a 2:30. Antes cuando tenia la pequeÃ±a oficina en guy lombardo la atenciÃ³n era mejor.

Front staff rudely asked "what's wrong with you" while refusing to give me the clipboard to sign in. When her coworker told her she was rude her response was "I'm h I'm hungry" No accountability, No apology, Nothing!

I have been a patient for over 10 yrs. She is very bright & well trained. She brings excellent care to an underserved population. I have referred several of my Spanish speaking patients to her office & they feel respected well cared for.

I was there twice and saw the way she treated her employees very badly wants to prove the whole time she's the boss because maybe it doesn't looks like she gave me a wrong diagnosis it's not a good professional i'm very desappointed.unkind not polite person.
