Totally lacking in compassion and communication. Ego beyond words and unprofessional. Do not use.

Dr. Morgan treated me so poorly for asking questions about my condition. She assumed that I was questioning her expertise and became incredibly defensive and argumentative. I felt I had to keep calming her down to make use of my appointment time, to learn what did and didn’t need to happen based on my condition. I received good news in that I do t need surgery, that I accepted as such, but still left in tears after being made feel as if I “wanted a surgery I didn’t need”, as she put it. It was an utterly bizarre experience.

Dr. Jackeline M. Morgan, she is excellent in her expertise. However her comunicacion can turn harsh and unpleasant. I am grateful that Dr. Morgan performed a surgery in 15 year old daughter. However, as mentioned that comunicacion turn harsh and unpleasant and made my daughter cry.

I've been treated by Dr. Morgan for nearly two years. I have been pleased with her honesty and compassion as we've walked this cancer journey. She listens, she hears, and she supports.

I was told by Dr. Morgan that she offers assistance to patients "who actually need it." I accumulated over $18,000 in debt in under one year's time, on disability and am a single mother so I am unsure as to what her stipulations are.

Excellent surgeon during hospital stay and chemotherapy treatment. She did a wonderful job explaining my condition and responding to my concerns/questions.

As a physician you should never discuss payment options with your patient. They then feel like it will affect their care. This should be delegated to someone in the business office. When physicians set a payment plan for a patient during an office visit and tells you what you should be able to afford; it is not professional. Another thing that should never be said to a patient is, "I make exceptions and write off debt for those who truly need it." As if I was even asked about my circumstances. By the way, I am a single mother working two jobs to make ends meet for my 3 year old while paying off $18,000 from my misdiagnosis that I received from Dr. Jacqueline Morgan as well.

I was diagnosed with retroperitoneal fibrosis in Jan. 2017 with inconclusive pathology. I had various treatments x 10 months including chemotherapy, daily steroids, 22+ oral medications. I found out Oct. 2017 that I never had RPF and that everything done within that ten months of treatment should not have ever occurred. I should have had a clean bill of health post surgery that Morgan performed in Dec. 2016. I lost in entirety a full year of my life. My toddler was traumatized and I now have PTSD and severe anxiety after all that I have endured. I am also $18,000 in medical debt for a disease I never had not to mention lost wages or pharmacy bills. Morgan also deemed it appropriate to discuss a repayment plan with me as a patient and in turn I felt as though my inabyto pay would affect my medical care. I would not recommend seeing her even in a life or death situation.

Dr. Morgan was a wonderful surgeon. Great bedside manner, explained everything thoroughly no question was too trivial. The staff at the hospital respected her and couldn't say enough great things about her. I highly recommend her.

She is kind, personal and professional. She is the best.
