Dr. Jacquelyn B Garrett, MD

I brought her a microscope video, I took iit, taped from my skin.it showed what looked like a worm with its intestinal system moving. She dismissed it so she could get to her next appt. It is one thing when people tell you of a problem but another if they show you. I showed her and she not only dismissed it, but told me it was in my head. What a farce of a doctor. I never actually realized doctors could be so negligent till her.

Not only was Dr. Garrett an out of network provider but she sent my specimens to an out of network lab. After being told that she accepted my insurance and was in network I received a bill for over $600. Now, I get hit with another bill for $475 from the pathology lab. The communication and office policies are substandard at best. BUYER BEWARE!!

When I made the appointment was not told That Dr. Garrett was not taking any patients and I found out later I would only be with a PA . She was very nice but I personally wanted to see a Dr. so I had to change. Thought maybe when you call in and want to see the Dr. Garrett you have to ask for her are if you only want to see a PA that fine. Sure they are good.

Very attentive.

My husband and I see Erin Yoffie, PA in this office. She does a terrific job of diagnosing skin problems and is very personable.

This is by far the worst experience I have had in the health industry. Still have not met the physician. There was no direction, no guidance., no follow-up with this facility. I gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. Poor poor care.

Wrong diagnosis. .superior attitude...husband ended up with swollen arm and a staff infection.

I see Dr. Garrett once a year to have my skin checked. I am an older light skinned woman who did not use sun screen as a child or young adult. Dr. Garrett is extremely nice, professional and very knowledgable about skin. Easy to schedule.

They don't return calls...as in I have NEVER received a call back. Not for scheduling, labwork, etc...Just pay more to receive better service...not worth the anxiety. Be warned.
