I have had the total opposite experience compared to the other review. Dr. B. listened to my concerns and followed up on all of my requests. Sleep study at HP in Maplewood was done in a professional manner arriving at accurate diagnosis. HP Home Medical provided machine for purchase or rental. I am just starting my therapy but so far so good. Dr. B. also works out of the U of MN Sleep Center so sometimes he is in demand and getting an appointment quickly can be an issue. I have found communicating with his nursing staff works just as well and if I needed to see the Doctor I am sure they would expedite an appointment if it was urgent.

Horrible bedside manner. Pokes fun at problem. Ask patient what is problem is. Scedules 3 sleep studies but wont interpret so can get help. Cancelled appointments and reoccuring rent with a machine proving to be inadequate has forced my husband after 3 sleep studies to still be on a CPAP proven to fail on the 2nd sleep study. He keeps cancelling appointments. IN 3 months, 3 sleep studies, but he wont' interpret them. He needs to be fired. He is worse than nothing because cancels at the last minute and office will not transfer to another doctor.
