Dr. Jaime Emilio Trujillo-Zapata, MD

The PA I saw for 16 years was excellent, always very caring retired. I do not like Dr. Trujillo as he just says I am beautiful not much of a Doctor!

No understanding of the patient's needs and concerned nor the the family. Rude!! Rude!! Called to check on status of blood work after a week and talked with someone with their mouth full of food! Rude! A professional, caring , compassionate, understanding and sympathetic doctor DOES NOT get in a family members face and raise his voice to them nor does he tell that family member that they are about to PUSH HIS BUTTON. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCPECTABLE!!!!HE doesn't need to be practicing medicine!! I even spoke with him about my concern of my husband's onset of confusion and irritability that was just like a prior illness that my husband had and he said" maybe he is losing his mind, how old is he?". Dr a REAL doctor say that. We have NEVER had a doctor treat us the way we have been treated by the "doctor".

Very disappointed. He was very dismissive to my thyroid issues and symptoms. He ran several labs but after 3 days, I have yet to hear anything, despite calling the office and emailing him and his PA.

Awful! I used to see Dr Sollenberger at this practice and he was amazing! When he moved on, I decided to give Dr Trujillo a try. I waited an hour past my appointment time. They did not take my weight, the nurse used foul language and talked about the other nurses in the office. Then when Dr Trujillo came in, he spent 5 minutes with me, gave me no helpful instruction and just said "look for trends and adjust" Seriously?! This was my initial visit with him! Worthless.
