Everyone was efficient and organized. They were kind and caring and Dr Duke was awesome. He took the time to listen and then did a thorough exam Once he completed everything he explained my condition completely and then what he could do for me to give me back quality of life again

Dr. Duke is an excellent, experienced Orthopedic surgeon, specializing in joint replacement. He did my knee replacement in about an hour with 38 minutes of tourniquet time. As a physician, I was impressed by his expertise and organization. He answered all of my questions prior to surgery. I was discharged same day by 1 PM. Pre and post operative nursing care at West Marion Hospital was terrific. Anita from anesthesia was outstanding, no problem doing my spinal. Courtney, his APRN, and Jennifer, his coordinator, as well as his office staff were great. Follow-up nursing care and physical therapy at home was organized and done well.

Very professional. There is a good system for pre-op, operative, and post-op to move patients in the best direction with a very competent team supporting Dr. Duke. Things went better than I had even hoped, and I am very grateful to everyone at TOI for the work they do!

The staff was great, I loved Dr. Duke, I was in at 8:30 AM, taken down to surgery at 11:00 AM and was in my car going home at 5 PM. My post-op appointment was great. The home health care was great and I only used a walker for 8 days then was walking on my own. I didn't have to take any strong pain medicine and all the medication prescribed made me very comfortable and pain free. My only problem was that Covid held up my surgery for 2 weeks but it was not the fault of the office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Duke to all my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience and it is wonderful to walk pain free.

Dr Duke and his staff are the best!!

Dr. Duke is an outstanding and highly Blessed Physician. He performed a complete Knee replacement on my Husband Rob, and He was hands on with His us, and kept us calm, as He listened to my Husbands concerns, and Dr. Duke ensured that He and His Staff were always there before, and after my husbands Surgery up to the 1 year check ups, before Dr. Duke released my husband as healthy. He knows exactly what He is doing, and due to Dr. Dukes calm and kind Professional Character, he kept me, the Wife informed after His surgery. He gives each patient who has a Knee replacement a thorough Guide which addresses every question one may have, and it also explains and answers along with what to expect and to do before and after the surgery for not only the Patient but also for the caretaker may have regarding this intense Surgery. His Staff PA, & Nurses, including all staff members are helpful and go above and beyond to help their Patients. We Truly thanked God for giving us Dr. Duke and we know that… He has been given by God absolute skills, that has provided my Husband with a brighter future, without pain. I have had two knee replacements by Dr. Duke. The first being 5 years ago the other knee coming up on 3 years. He gave me my life back. I retired thinking after 47 years that it is what I wanted to do. I was wrong. with my two new knees I have been able to return to the profession I love caring for my patients. Was able to open a satellite office for Thomas Internal Medicine and continue to love work and care for my patients free of pain all thanks to Dr. Duke and his skilled hands. This is my second total knee in 2 years. I was also bowed for many years as my knees literally collapsed. I am now 6 months later playing golf and working out 5 days a week for over 3 months. He's the best. I am 69 years old. We traveled 60 minutes to his office. It was worth the time. The staff was always available and extremely kind and helpful.
