If it were not for Dr. Brezina I don't think I would still be walking. My back was so messed up I could hardly walk. I had old fusions and scar tissue and arthritis that he cleaned up when he did my latest fusion. I would highly recommend Dr. Brezina to anyone with back problems.

Frankly I am furious with his care. He ran an MRI on my husband last Weds. It is now Tues. almost a week later. My husband is in horrible pain. We simply want the results of the MRI to see if it is his back. We can not even get a nurse to return our calls. They say he can not get in to see the Dr. for his results until Dec. 11th almost three weeks after his MRI. What kind of care is this?

I have been coming to Dr. Brezina for over the past two years and have had more visits then I can count with him. Amazing Doctor is all I have to say about him!! Broke a bone on my lower spine that a previous Doctor couldnt seem to find. Dr. Brezina tried numerous alternatives before surgery and never once did he push surgery on us. I finally went to him after months of trying alternative and asked for the surgery. Two surgeries later (one to put hardware in and then a year later to remove) I have a scar down my back that is so neat and clean cut I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone who has back pain. I went to having pain 24/7 to now being almost completely pain free. (I've had two surgeries and a broken back, I don't expect to be pain free 100% of the time. I will ache from time to time and would take that any day over what I used to feel) I am actually able to be active once again all thanks to God leading us to this doctor… and giving him the skill he has.

Dr Wylie was out of town when I needed emergency surgery..Dr Brezina had excellent bedside manners n made a special trip downtown to meet me n discuss surgery. He made me, n my wife n family feel very comfortable even though it was our first time to meet. I recommend Dr Brezina to everyone I meet who says they have back pain.

Hands of gold...fused three vertebrae and I'm almost 100%. GOD BLESS this doc!!

Dr Brezina and his staff were very efficient. Tests were read and reviewed in a very timely manner. Considerate staff. Very good listener and speaks in language you can understand.

First visit. Waited almost 1 1/2 hrs to see him. (Not good!) Nice enough, I guess, but about as personable as a bedpost. He listened to my questions, but it was almost like I had to drag everything out of him. Looking at the other responses, maybe I caught him on a bad day. I'm very easy to get along with and tried to "lighten him up" with no luck. I'm supposed to follow up in about a month, we'll see how it goes then. Hopefully he's a better Dr. than his personality, which, frankly, is the most important! However, I DID appreciate the fact that he's not "cut happy". Defiantly wants to try other treatments before deciding about surgery. That's a good thing!
