I had a surgery scheduled for 10:30 and to be at his office by 9:30. The day before, I was called by one of his staff, Amy. She informed me in the middle of Thursday that my appointment was moved to 12:15 & to be at the office by 11:15. I had a few hours to find a new way to get to & from the surgery center. My original ride had to re-arrange her schedule to accommodate me. Amy's attitude was very dismissive. I was given 1 appointment and at the last minute given a much later time. The difficulty in finding someone on a work day that could give me a ride is very difficult and to be dismissed as there's nothing anyone is going to do is disrespectful to the patient. The lack of respect is shocking. I'm also a doctor and never spoke to a patient that way, nor has my staff in 20 years of practice

He saved my life quite a few years back, I will always be grateful . He was in Sarasota Fl. at the time
