As a Hand and Elbow Surgeon, I treat all conditions of the Hand, Wrist and Elbow including bone, tendon, nerve and muscle conditions. A complete individualized treatment plan will be prepared and may include medications, injections, therapy, bracing, casting and possibly surgery. A team approach to care is taken so no aspect is left out. Special attention and care is given to injured workers to expedite their treatments and safely return them to employment.

Dr. Baker is no nonsense and to the point about treatments for your conditions. He gets the job done and does it in a friendly, respectful, compassionate way. I recommend Dr. Baker to anyone who is suffering with pain.

Once I entered the evaluation room(45 minutes passed appointment time) Dr. Bakers assistant was efficient and concise. Soon after, Dr. Baker arrived and performed evaluation and explained assessment and options. He made time for questions and comments and explained follow up time line. Dr Baker is friendly, efficient and precise.

I recently had a Carpal Tunnel Release performed by Dr Baker. I’m a retired OR nurse. We can be a little nervous when we are the patient! Dr Baker and his staff proved to be very caring, understanding and knowledgeable. He and his staff were aware of my physical limitations and made accommodations for me to be comfortable. They answered all my questions and provided some light-hearted entertainment during the procedure! The procedure went quickly and without any complications. The entire staff, both in the office and outpatient areas were efficient, yet compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr Baker for any hand surgery. So happy I chose Dr Baker and Ortho-Cincy!

Dr. Baker’s my go to guy for any hand or elbow injury on myself or my patients. I’m very active and also work with my hands for a living like most people. Twice now I’ve had an injury and required his services for a dominant thumb and non dominant elbow injury. Both times he’s gone above and beyond to help me and give me excellent care so I can get back to work right away. Dr Baker listened to my concerns and helped me meet my goals of avoiding surgery and down time with non invasive treatments. Thank you Dr. Baker for all that you do. Whether I need surgery or just treatments this is where I will continue to go and refer my clients as well.
