Dr. James Edward Mock, MD

First I want to state that I have been seeing Dr. Mock for years PRIOR to change in practice/group owner. This change has been an absolute nightmare for patients. I am currently diagnosed with a multiple auto immune diseases that require medications/TX. I have called this most unprofessional and irresponsible health care provider 3 times to advise that I am being told to STOP taking HBP meds that Dr Mock prescribed 9 years ago…… I have been sent to records, I have been sent to MA voice mail that she is not available and NO MESSAGE CAN BE LEFT TO RETURN CALL. Then told by front desk to just keep calling back. You are not serious Dr. Mock? Really years of a relationship and excellent care and this is acceptable to you? Dr. Mock is fully aware of office issues since the first of the year. When I requested records I was told I have a chart since 2023. I HAVE BEEN UNDER DR. Mock care since 2014!!! Really? This is so sad. You were such a wonderful provider that I had absolute faith in as a… provider. I will be leaving practice immediately and I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere possible. What a note to go out on ???? DO NOT USE THIS GROUP/PROVIDER!!!! You have been warned!

Professional and never rushed! Highly recommend Dr. Mock.

i am not a satisfied patient dr Mock is in practice on his own and my recent experience the dr he left in charge failed to respond to a dr who was in charge of an administered contrast dye to me and i had a reaction . his stand by dr left in charge , did not call either the dr or me back i then had to go to summerlin ER where i was treated for very high bp with an injection to bring bp down .what disturbed me most , was i felt abandoned by my cardiologist . In the future i will only associate with a cardiologist who has adequate and consistent coverage when he is not available ,also i had to cancel an airline flight due to exceedingly high bp and airline wanted a dr note ,took him four months to compile a very badly worded letter for me ..i was very unsatisfied with the time frame causing me to lose the window for banking that airfare over 200.00 he didnt seem to be least bit concerned . if you want a cardiologist who acts like he cares for your welfare … this one is probly not a good choice . he doesnt appear to have time at your visits to discuss your concerns. and left me feeling ... very dissatified with his manner and follow thru.... his staff however seem very caring but not him .

Dr. James Mock is very personable and truly cares about his patient's health. He is rigorous regarding me taking the best care of myself to maintain optimal health.

Stay away from this Doc unless you have time to burn. Getting an appointment takes weeks and when you show up you can plan on waiting two hours or so to see him. Staff is horrible. It can take two weeks just to get a prescription refilled. In all fairness the doctor himself is fine it's just that the office and staff are among the worst I've ever seen.

I would recommend Dr. Mock he's the greatest!

Excellent Cardiologist! An inspiration to the African American Community.

He got mad because I didn't want to take a 3,000 stress test. I asked for a different test, since maybe I can rule out if I need that one. He said told me to find a different doctor and talked to me like a child. I guess I didn't come in very handy for that second Porche he had his eyes on. Seriously, I would not want to be his patient again. He referred to me as Ma'am, when he was mad. I have a name and that should be use. Ma'am is when your ordering at Mickey D's or pulled over by a cop. Sorry doc, I'm not your piggy bank.

Probably the worst Cardiologist in Las Vegas. Why he gets such high ratings I can't fathom. His staff is horrendous and every time time I've spoken to him he acts like I'm wasting his time. I will find another cardiologist.

He is very nice and very good , is staff is always nice to me , wait sometime is a little long but my last 2 appts have been great hardly any wait . LOve this Doctor and would recomend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist .
