I have been a patient of Dr. James Thompson, since before my oldest son, was ever "thought of!" And that has been over 20 yrs. Dr. Thompson is a great GYN-OB doctor. In fact, after 2 yrs, of not seeing him, l finally obtained an appt for this Friday, on July 28, 2023. In which l am happy to be able to be seen again by, Dr. James Thompson! His office has moved yrs ago, but, being 60 now, l hope that l find the newer office in Perry Hall. I know, l use goggle maps, already!

I have worked the same job these ladies have and never have I been so rude on the phone to anyone ever. Luckily the next girl I talked to was a sweetheart! She was very polite. Get rid of the rude ones they will bring your ratings down!

He was my ob during my pregnancy. I developed high blood pressure and it turned into preeclampsia. I was in and out of the hospital and would go weeks without seeing Dr. Thompson! I just get like he didn't care. The nurses at the hospital were always asking why isn't he here, why isn't he taking you in the office, etc. When I had to have an emergency c section, he did make me fee very at ease and calmed me down, but other than that I do not know if I would go back for another pregnancy.

Truly the best in every way. Was the reason my husband and I were blessed with our son after a 9 month still-born the year before while under the care of unconcerned and unkind OBGYN group from Church Street in Montclair the year before. Dr. Thompson was kind, patient and so knowledgable. God rest the soul of this amazing man and doctor.
