A Harvard-educated doctor, Dr Figge is perhaps the best endocrinologist I’ve ever seen. He’s thorough, competent and takes his time with every patient he sees. Lee Health is lucky to have him on staff.

Dr. Figge spent 2 hrs going over lab work and explaining a life threatening event that took place. Did not rush to get us out. Then explained the process going forward.

We waited 2 1/2 hours before he finally came in the room with a bad attitude! We were so frustrated that we walked out! Don't go to him he thinks he is worth a 2 1/2 hour wait! I wish I could give 0 stars beware

The wait time is 1-2 hours. He rushes you in the room . He does not listen to you and pays more attention to lab results than symtoms. Getting a call back from office takes a week or more. I would not recommend you going to him

Office is unresponsive. Scripts IF & WHEN they are finally sent are often inaccurate. Getting the scripts fixed is next to impossible since Eleanor the Dr's helper never admits mistakes and refuses to fix anything. This last time was the final straw. They refused to correct a prescription for insulin that I was running out of! 4 days after I requested a call from the dr. and corrections to 2 scripts. Dr. never called and scripts never fixed. Complained to office manager and kicked out! RUN!!!

Brilliant mind. Solves problems others could not solve. Worst part is long wait. But do expect individual attention.
