I am very thankful for the thorough approach that Dr Gigante takes when evaluating any medical issues. I am very thankful he is our doctor.

I am thankful that Dr. Gigante chose to practice in Hilton Head. He is smart, articulate, personable and compassionate. Whenever I have need of an appointment, even if not that urgent, I can usually get in to see him the day I call or the next. He is very caring and seeks your well being as his highest priority. My husband and I appreciate being his patients and his patience. He has incorporated many new innovations, Yoga, Nutrition, etc., into his practice in an effort to treat the whole person. I and my husband would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional doctor.

Have been a patient of Dr. Gigante since we moved here in 2012 until he switched to a concierge practice. Recently switched back to his practice, and I've been very pleased that I did. He is very attentive, listens to my concerns, treats me with a great deal of respect and realizes that I have done my research about whatever my problem is. It is great to be able to spend time talking with your doctor & staff (spent an hour & a half with him and staff when I returned to his practice recently). He also calls to follow-up or give you the results of lab tests. I totally recommend Dr. Gigante and I love his staff; they are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Dr. Jim and his staff are attentive, forward-thinking, careful, and skilled. If you need to go to the doctor, they somehow still make it an always-pleasant experience.

Dr. Gigante went to a concierge-style practice two years ago. My wife and I are patients. We consider the cost of joining his practice to be well worth it. Besides being a caring and knowledgeable physician, he goes the extra mile by reaching out with emails on a regular basis regarding drug recalls, flu outbreaks, etc. along with recommendations as to how we should react to these public notices. He has purchased diagnostic equipment for his practice to help us stay healthy and reduce any worries we have about possible conditions. Dr. G makes himself available by cell phone and text for any off-hour concerns.
