Dr. James Gerard Gioia, PhD

This man is a court certified custody evaluator, and is clearly out of touch with reality. I have seen his name on "Damon's List", which is a website that list corrupt judges, attorneys, psychologists, etc. that aid and abet molesters and abusers gain custody of children. I and my children met with him on numerous occasions, spent thousands of dollars , and the end result of a five-month investigation on abuse all boils down to a decision they should be with their abuser just because they were the primary caregiver! He is an old man, who should have hung it up years ago!!! His antiquated thinking will be the doom of many children's lives! He is deceitful, and a liar , his initial quotes on services were a lie and cost 10 times what the original amount was. He preys on people who are at their lowest, after all this is the man determining peoples futures, so who would rock that boat! I would stay far and clear away from this man!!!! I wish I knew then what I knew now!
