Dr. James Henry Graeter, MD

After 3 visits with Dr Graeter about my hip, I had an office visit about my shoulder. After his assesdsment and before treatment I asked if he needed to know how I am doing with my hip, or will the shoulder treatment interfere with my hip treatment he informed me that "this appointment was for the shoulder, If I want to talk about my hip I need to make another appointment for my hip. I guess he sees me as body parts and not a total being.

Disappointing visit to Dr. Graeter. He confirmed what I already knew was wrong (hip labral tear), did not offer any more explanation of my problem, did not offer any feedback on related (hip) pain and if it had to do with the existing issue or something else. Provided no additional information or concern and just referred me to another surgeon, who he said deals with my injury more often--despite the fact that when I made my appointment, I told the receptionist what my injury was and asked to see a doctor that dealt with that type of injury.
