Dr. James Henson Wheeler, MD

Dr. James Wheeler is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He listens, he cares and has always been concerned about anything that is going on with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know as being the best! His staff is also great, everyone there makes you feel so at ease. I am so thankful that I have such a great doctor that I know I can count on.

Dr. Wheeler is always concerned about your well being. Quality care and customer service. The supporting staff is kind.

I visited his office recently four times. The first time he took care and asked me to come for the review. The main purpose of my visit is to check the BP. The nurse checked the BP electronically. Wheeler not even tested and prescribed the medicine for 3 weeks and recommended to meet after two weeks. Again, I went and he asked me to take Blood work. I said, I just had lunch for about two hours ago. should I need to keep fasting? He said not required and again prescribed the medicine for BP. Finally, after the bloodwork results, the office staff called and said they cannot release the results over phone and Doctor asking me to before some date. Also, he recommended undergoing Bloodwork after fasting. I have asked for the appointment to give the bloodwork sample in the morning and same day afternoon to meet doctor since my work time does not suit for both at the same time. They did not give the appointment even after two months and I have not given a prescription refill for six months. I have requested the doctor to give call otherwise. Even after TWO months yet, no call from him. Never been on time. He wants to make money. In this country, he is the only doctor who does not care for his patient and just money minded. He may be experienced and expert. He is not even listening and given time to explain the exact problem or never given time. My bad or the worst ever seen doctor.

Dr Wheeler and his entire team at The Family Practice Center continue to provide to me with the best care I could hope for. The respect and level of care they show me is surpassed by none! There is no Dr I trust more than Dr Wheeler, his PA team of and his nurses!

13 years ago I went in for a physical to learn that my liver enzymes were low. Dr Wheeler insisted I have an ultra sound. I had a mass the size of a lemon on my right kidney. I was diagnosed with renal cancer. Due to Dr. Wheeler concern and attention to detail, I am a 13 year cancer survivor. Thank you, Dr. Wheeler! You are my hero!

Arrogant, aloof , unprofessional

Dr. Wheeler has been our family doctor for more than 15 years. He believes in proactive maintenance. Fantastic doctor.

Dr. Wheeler conducts a very thorough exam and takes time to explain the results and allows time for questions. He seems to genuinely care about his work.
