Dr. Isernia is far and away the best doctor I’ve ever had. I am “of a certain age” meaning that I’ve had a lot of doctors and I have a lot of things wrong with me. Dr. Isernia has ordered tests that no other doctor has ever ordered – tests that led to diagnosis that are now dealt with. My quality of life has improved under him. He is beyond thorough, even discussing with me things he noticed that I never brought up. One gets the sense that he really cares about you as a person and wants you to have the best life you can have. The visits are efficient but never rushed. He explains things well and discusses options, including working with you to keep your out-of-pocket costs down. He is very personable. I recommend him 100%. Carolina Health Specialists is also a very well-run organization with a great staff.

Dr Isernia i s knowledgeable. Takes time with patients. Proactive. Provides a modern current medicine practice. Busy office. Friendly staff. Needs a larger waiting room.

Have been a patient of Dr. Isernia for over 12 years. Comes into the room with a smile, handshake and a pat on the back. Listens to any/all concerns or issues you have, then takes the time to explain his diagnosis, text that need to be done, and address's each one. His concern for your well being shows in his face. Have been with family members of some of his patients when he was giving bad news r/t their loved one and watched as he offered his shoulde for family to cry on. To say the least he is a true asset to not only the hospital, but the community.

Dr Isernia is a wonderful Doctor. He is always kind courtous and takes the time needed to assure my understanding of his diagnosis. I would and do recommend him to others. I would give him a overall the highest overall rating but the computer would only except a 3.
