He is a good surgeon, but he will never follow up after your surgery. It is almost impossible to have an appointment or scheduled a surgery ASAP since he is so busy. When you call for answers, they will say they will call you back but never happens.

Stay far away. I was admitted to the hospital for a blockage in my stomach. Had to perform emergency surgery. I would have never chosen this doctor. 2 days after being discharged I had an infection in the incision and had to be rushed back to the hospital. They had to leave the hole in my stomach open which resulted in it healing like I was shot with a 12 gauge shot gun below my belly button. I had to wait 2 years to get plastic surgery and still does not look normal. ALSO! Just checked my credit report and there is a $3000 bill from them in collections from years ago when the incident happened. They claim this bill is my deductible; I’ve never had a $3000 deductible my entire life. Contacted both the collection agency and their office and said that yes we have the wrong address on file. Gave me a snobby/rude attitude and refused to pull it out of collections and send me a bill. Now they’ll be dealing with my attorney.

May 17, 2018 Could not have had a better experience & outcome, regarding surgery, after surgery care & follow up appointment, Dr. Robbins & the rest of his team seem to care about the patients health & well being more than most other doctors I've been to. He does not look @ patients as a #, as in $ wise, getting you in & out of his office like most other doctors do/ as quick as possible. Would highly recommend to anybody for Hernia surgery or anything else in the fields he is train.

Outstanding surgeon, hospital staff speaks very highly of him, my outcome was excellent. Very calm, clear and logical manner. Actually seems to care about his patients.

Dr. Robbins is a true physician. He sees his patients as people not surgeries, taking as much time as needed to answer all your questions so you are comfortable with your surgery. He is compassionate and understanding while being a skilled surgeon...shard to find mix in a Doctor.
