Dr. James Lawrence Millen, MD

Staff does not answer the phone, syaff doesnot return phone calls. Front desk staff is alway unprofessiona and rude. This is the second time I have called with an immediate nee and have waited over a week for a return call... still no response...but you can only leace messages that never get returned. Last time I diagonsed myself but by the time I got in to see Millen it was too late for the medication to help me. This time I just need a referal to another Dr and said I will come in for an appointment if needed and still I get no response. Millen does nothing to check on your health, has no bedside manner, and the office staff is the worse. I an done.

I have been seeing Dr. Millenfor over 4 years, he may not have the bdest bedside manner, but he is very knowledgable in what he does. I have delt with other doctors in the area and he would rate higher than most. Yes, I agree with all of the comments, but the bottom line is he knows what he is talking about and so far has given very accurate diagnoses.

I'm not sure who the other people saw but the doctor I saw had no bedside manner, when I asked him a question he acted like (what nerve you have) you are dumb and I'm the doctor. Never got my lab results back after having paid for them never a request for me to come back in after the lab work to adjust medication and I have not been back. He can't do anymore for me than a regular Family Practice doctor. I gave him a one on accurate diagnosis because I already had my diagnosis from a pathologist. Hoshimotos disease is very different than hypothyroidism and he doesn't have a clue!

office is caring and helpful. Dr. Millen is the best.
