It is not unusual for this MD to call my family member by the wrong name when entering the room and tha tha been going on for NINE years.. My family member is presently in an emergent situation and has had no reponses from his my chart messages to Dr. Monroe, voicemails to his medical assistant. It took another speicalst calling on my family member's behalf to push any contact from Dr. Monroe. Then, the actions taken were deficient leaving us, again, trying to establish contact and get help from Dr. Monroe or his staff. I see other reviewers call the interactions a train wreck. Add a dumpster fire on the train to that description.

Had to be paged for several hours because he "forgot" he still had another patient that needed to be discharged after surgery.
