I tried for several days to get an appointment with this doctor or with another doctor at this practice, but kept getting busy signal everytime I tried to call. When I finally got through the office staff seemed annoyed by my phone call and was very short and rude when I was trying to obtain an appointment. From the patient reviews...it sounds like Dr.Loughran is a very good doctor, but unfortunately his staff is not very warm and fuzzy to any possible new patients. Just saying...his staff could have a little better customer service and compassion if the practice is no longer taking new patients.

Dr. James Loughran exceeds all of my expectations. Very personable and seems dedicated to the welfare of his patients. More interested in ones health rather than his bank balance. A "professional" physician.His office could use a few more people who take their job seriously.

Dr. Loughran has exceeded my expectations for personal medical care. There is no substitute for the trust, admiration and dependability that I can atribute to this man. His ability to think out-of-the-box and achieve both an accurate diagnosis and treatment regimen for difficult cases is well known among his patients and associated physicians.

He's very laid back. He's easy to talk to and spends a lot of time with his patients. I can't tell you how many times my friends have thought I'd end up getting sent for an MRI and Loughran has figured out what was wrong just by talking it through and then confirming it with a physical exam and fixing it with some simple advice.

Dr. Loughran is the best doctor I have ever had. His office is unique and is tastefully decorated. There are multiple paintings there that are pleasing to the eye. He listened to my questions I had and offered extremely helpful information. He is full of knowlege that deals with any question you may have. He is nice, caring, and a great doctor. I recommend him to everyone.
