I went to see Dr. Pacholka for a lipoma removal. I found him very attentive and easy to talk to. He was able to schedule me for surgery the next day. The day of the surgery, he came to speak to me before to explain the procedure and to make sure I was okay. During the entire procedure, Dr. Pacholka was very attentive to my comfort . Afterwards, he clearly explained everything that was done during the procedure , and he expressed a genuine concern for my recovery. Overall, the experience with Dr. Pacholka was very positive, and I am grateful to have found a very competent and compassionate surgeon

I was referred to Dr. Pacholka after my first surgeon refused to take my insurance. I was wary but it turned out to me the best thing that ever happened. Dr. Pacholka is an excellent surgeon. My laparoscopic gall bladder removal was complicated and took longer than anticipated but I was still able to go home the same day and had little to no pain afterwards. I did not have to wait long for my pre- and post-op visits and he saw me at the appointed time. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me detailed written instructions on what to expect pre- and post-op. He also encourages patients to text him with any questions or concerns. He returned my text within an hour. I would recommend him to my family and to anyone else who needs surgery.

Spoke too highly of him too soon. He is not the doctor that I initially thought of him to be, which is why I think it's only fair that I follow up with this negative review and my unpleasant experiences. I didn't want to write this review, but I feel compelled to due to his lack of care on more than one occasion and actions.

Dr. Pacholka thank you for all you have done for me. You are kind, patient, compassionate and very good surgeon. I appreciate it. You have given me hope and fixed another surgeons screw up and made me pain free after 3 years of suffering caused by another incompetent surgeon. You restored my trust in doctors and thank god for doctors like you. You are a credit to the medical community. I wish all doctors were as caring , compassionate, prompt, responsive and competent as you. Thank you!
